The surfaces must be perfectly smooth and flat: otherwise defects in the support could be highlighted during the application of CeboMarmo and especially during the polishing phase. In the presence of smoothing, chalky or absorbent primers, apply a coat of CeboFix M fixative with a brush, diluted 1:1 with water.

Application of CeboFix Primo: apply the white CeboFix Primo primer in one hand, with a short-haired roller, diluted 20% with water and wait for it to dry completely (minimum 6-8 hours).

Application of CeboIdea: to obtain a smooth surface, without imperfections, roll or brush marks and to have an ideal adhesion base, on CeboFix Primo dry it is recommended to apply, with a stainless steel trowel, one or two coats in succession of the base CeboIdea and sand gently with 180 grit sandpaper: dust the surface with a damp cloth. Then start applying CeboMarmo directly on CeboIdea.

FIRST STAGE
After preparing the substrate and applying CeboFix Primo and CeboIdea, proceed with the application of CeboMarmo for the IMPERIAL STONE "Sahara" effect.
Predetermine and mark the position of the veins: to create them, apply short, non-continuous spatula strokes of CeboMarmo in a vertical direction, using the indicated colors and in the correct quantity. While the product is still fresh, apply CeboMarmo, colored in the main color, using a stainless steel trowel. The various colors will blend, generating the characteristic streaks. While the product is still damp, score the surface with the incisor (A/53) following the direction of the first vein: repeat the process for the other veins. Then, still following the direction of the work, apply CeboMarmo, colored in the main color, in the spaces left empty between the veins. Crosswise incisions can also be made. Allow the surface to fully dry (minimum 6-8 hours).

SECOND STAGE
Using a steel spatula, remove any excess material and sand as follows:
OPTION 1: Hand sand with an abrasive sponge, grit 180.
OPTION 2: Machine sand with an abrasive disc, grit 180.
Thoroughly dust the surface with a damp cloth and apply CeboMarmo in the same colors and on the same veins, as well as on the surrounding surface, exerting adequate pressure. Apply a light layer of CeboMarmo, colored in the main color, to highlight the veins, applying higher pressure with the trowel held at a 90° angle.

POLISHING
OPTION 1 – Hand Polishing: Before complete drying, polish the surface by repeatedly passing a clean steel trowel over it, applying adequate pressure.
OPTION 2 – Machine Polishing: After a minimum of 2-4 hours from the application of the last layer of CeboMarmo, perform the polishing using abrasive discs in the following sequence:
1st grit 800 - 2nd grit 1000 - 3rd grit 2000 - 4th grit 4000.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After machine polishing, manual polishing with a steel trowel is still necessary. For a more realistic marble effect, it is possible to further define the incisions by going over them with CeboMarmo white, thinned with water, and applied with an artist's brush.

FINAL PROTECTION AND POLISHING
CeboWax: An interior finish based on beeswax, breathable and water-repellent. Apply one layer of CeboWax diluted 1:1 with water, using a synthetic sponge. Apply the product to about 1 m² at a time, following the direction of the work: immediately after, use a soft cloth to remove any excess wax. Wait 10-15 minutes and polish the surface by repeatedly passing a perfectly clean steel trowel or by polishing with an abrasive disc, grit 4000.

CEBOMETALS
A metal-based finish available in Steel, Bronze, and Brass variations: it is used to create finishes on surfaces that have a strong aesthetic impact, characterized by the shine typical of polished metals.

Preparation
Thoroughly mix CeboMetals Base (A) with CeboMetals Powder (B) until a smooth, lump-free mixture is achieved: then add and mix in CeboMetals Additive (C).
Important Note: CeboMetals must be used within 24 hours of mixing.

Application of CeboMetals with CeboMarmo
Apply CeboMetals using the same method as for a normal tint to create the desired effect with CeboMarmo.
